About This Role

Lead and manage renewals sales programs for the Customer Success Group's Renewals Organization, driving revenue for Premier and Signature products at Salesforce. This role involves structuring, delivering, analyzing, and reporting on program success.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Renewals Leaders to drive Renewals Plan Programs pipeline and ACV
  • Partner with OU Sales Programs Managers to scale Renewals Plan Programs directly to OUs
  • Identify and recommend areas of strategic focus for global sales teams
  • Propose, create, prioritize, execute, and report on the success of sales programs
  • Lead multiple complex and strategic projects to support revenue growth
  • Partner with the business to align on goals, challenges, and data needed to support strategy and proactively make recommendations
  • Provide management with scope, timeline, requirements, benefits, and return on investment for each project
  • Communicate risk clearly and develop resolution strategies
  • Represent the Renewals Programs team on broader cross-functional projects

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience in sales strategy, business operations, strategic planning, strategic finance, or consulting
  • Proven success in sales strategy or business operations related to business metrics, operations, and revenue growth
  • Ability to structure and transition complex problems to solutions
  • Outstanding problem solving skills
  • Experience building and delivering presentations to senior executives
  • Confident communicator with attention to detail, oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to see the big picture, innovate, and adapt to change
  • Get it-done attitude with a strong sense of team spirit
  • Self-starter motivated to succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • 5 -7+ years of relevant experience, ideally in Sales Strategy, Business Operations, Strategic Planning, Strategic Finance, Consulting, or related fields

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Salesforce products or experience with comparable enterprise business technology tools
