Supervise and motivate maintenance employees in the Rendering department, focusing on quality workmanship, troubleshooting, and safety. Responsibilities include ensuring machine and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and prioritizing PM completions.

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of maintenance employees, focusing on quality workmanship, troubleshooting skills and safety
• Manage the maintenance technicians in Rendering
• Ensure the safety, motivation and productivity of maintenance employees
• Ensure that the Rendering machines and equipment are maintained to keep down time to a minimal
• Prioritize PM completions and preventing downtime situations
• Take accountability and ownership of your area

Requirements

• 3-5 years of applicable mechanical experience
• Able to work in hot and smelly environments

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of applicable mechanical experience, managing experience preferred
