Relationship Banking Associate

About This Role

Deliver high-quality customer service by processing routine transactions, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting basic consumer deposit account opening. This role ensures customer satisfaction through responsive and accurate service.

Responsibilities

• Process routine transactions and associated general customer and account servicing duties with high accuracy
• Perform various administrative duties including maintaining records, preparing forms & reports, and daily vault balancing
• Engage in referral and relationship management in accordance with established objectives and goals
• Provide support for new deposit account opening as required
• Identify customer opportunities through interactive and consultative conversations to assess and address customer needs
• Conduct sales and service calls to existing and potential customers to ensure needs are met and to prospect new sales leads
• Resolve customer issues and complaints while delivering a high level of responsiveness

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum one year experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience
• Excellent listening & communication skills
• Ability to identify and converse with customers to identify needs and opportunities
• Organizational, interpersonal, and customer relations skills
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well with people as a team
• Proficient computer skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum one year experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience
