The Relationship Banking Associate delivers high-quality customer service by processing routine transactions accurately and efficiently, and by identifying and referring sales opportunities. This role supports basic consumer deposit account opening and ensures customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions and general customer and account servicing duties with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform various administrative duties including maintaining records, preparing reports, and daily vault balancing
- Identify customer opportunities through interactive and consultative conversations to assess and address needs
- Provide services including basic deposit account opening and referring customers to appropriate business partners
- Conduct sales and service calls to existing and potential customers and resolve customer issues and complaints
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience
