About This Role

This role supports rehabilitation therapists in providing exceptional patient care by setting up equipment, maintaining a safe environment, and assisting with therapy activities. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate patient rehabilitation and ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Support therapists' daily patient care and therapy activities
• Facilitate effective communication with patients, families, and caregivers
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain patient safety and deliver patient-centered treatment
• Prepare and transport patients according to the patient schedule
• Communicate to therapists on outcomes/observations of patient care activities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Entry level, equivalent training in school or on-the-job training

• CPR certification
