Rehab Liaison

About This Role

The Clinical Rehab Liaison cultivates referral relationships and manages an assigned territory, completing patient assessments and playing a crucial role in driving growth through patient referrals. This role focuses on developing and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders to streamline the referral-to-admission process.

Responsibilities

• Develop business census based on strategic goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships within an assigned territory, prioritizing face-to-face connections.
• Aid in streamlining the referral-to-admission process.
• Educate community, referral sources and physicians on hospital programs and services.
• Utilize market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Respond to and overcome admission barriers and follow-up on admissions variables.
• Conduct in-services and professional presentations to various groups about services and outcomes.

Requirements

• Current state professional clinical licensure
• CPR certification
• Current driver's license in state where employed and acceptable driving record
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare operations, legal frameworks, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred, and one or more years in nurse liaison or successful healthcare sales preferred.
