About This Role

Join a people-first team as a day shift, PRN, Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse, responsible for coordinating safe patient care delivery and optimizing patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Function under the direction of the Nurse Director/Manager
Coordinate safe patient care delivery for specified and diverse patient populations
Assess patient/family needs
Develop and prioritize patient goals
Evaluate care delivery
Continually revise the plan of care to meet the biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs of the patient/family
Delegate care as appropriate to optimize patient outcomes
Adhere to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act

Requirements

Associate’s degree in nursing
Current Kansas RN Licensure
BLS certification (within 14 days of hire)
ACLS (for Tele, ICU, and PCU roles)
Oncology certification (for Post-surgery roles)
All required certifications within first year of employment

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in nursing

Nice to Have

At least one year of recent experience in a similar healthcare setting
Bachelor’s degree in nursing
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
