Provide expert critical care and education to patients in the ICU using the nursing process, acting as a patient advocate, leader, mentor, and positive role model for assistive personnel.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from admission to discharge or transfer
- Provide expert care and education to patients in the critical care setting
- Act as a patient advocate, leader, mentor, and positive role model for assistive personnel
- Utilize specialized plan-of-care intervention
- Serve as a patient-care innovator
- Shape exceptional patient journeys
- Leverage skills and cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing
Requirements
- Current state RN license
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
- BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
- ACLS required within six months of hire
- One (1) year of progressive care experience

Nice to Have
- BSN
- Experience in critical care
- Previous experience with IntraAortic Balloon Pump, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy
- CCRN certification
