About This Role

Provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients. Supervise staff and ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, supporting the Chief Nursing Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct clinical patient care
  • Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level
  • Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated
  • Support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
  • Ensure competency of clinical staff
  • Ensure appropriate resource management related to patient care

Requirements

  • Graduation from a state approved or accredited school of nursing
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy
  • CPR certification

Qualifications

  • Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school

Nice to Have

  • Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree)
