Serve as a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit, building authentic relationships with patients and their support systems. Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, promoting optimal health or supporting end-of-life care.
Responsibilities
- Establish authentic personalized relationships with patients and their chosen support system
- Collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Promote optimal health or support a peaceful death for patients
- Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey
- Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state
- Current BLS (American Heart Association only)
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- One year relevant experience, preferred.

- 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree
