Lead an outpatient dialysis clinic as a Registered Nurse Operations Manager, impacting patient care through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives while developing and mentoring a cross-functional clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, including budget adherence, expense forecasting, vendor relationships, supply ordering, and compliance monitoring
- Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver excellent patient care
- Identify and address employee and patient concerns to achieve regional goals and standards in partnership with the Regional Operations Director
- Continuously improve patient health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Associate's degree
- Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience
- Current Registered Nurse license (state-dependent)
- Current CPR certification
- Intermediate computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
- Minimum of one year experience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience
