About This Role

Lead an outpatient dialysis clinic as a Registered Nurse Operations Manager, impacting patient care through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives while developing and mentoring a cross-functional clinical team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, including budget adherence, expense forecasting, vendor relationships, supply ordering, and compliance monitoring
  • Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team to deliver excellent patient care
  • Identify and address employee and patient concerns to achieve regional goals and standards in partnership with the Regional Operations Director
  • Continuously improve patient health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Associate's degree
  • Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience
  • Current Registered Nurse license (state-dependent)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Collaboration skills

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience
