About This Role

This Registered Nurse position at Mercy involves providing comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process, maintaining professional accountability, and coordinating care with other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care
Maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients
Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers
Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments
Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information
Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and service standards

Requirements

Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods during each shift
Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties

Qualifications
