About This Role

This Registered Nurse role provides and directs skilled nursing care to home health patients, ensuring compliance with medical orders, regulations, and agency policies. The role involves coordinating the patient's total care plan with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies
• Coordinate total plan of care with other health care professionals involved in care
• Achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with physician, agency personnel, patient, family, and community resources

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure
• CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation
• Valid and in State Current Drivers License
• Vehicle insurance
• Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
• No experience required
