Join St. Luke's Health System as a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, specifically supporting the Women's Service Line across Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, and Mother/Baby units. This role offers a dynamic environment, inter-facility floating opportunities, and supports the organization's mission to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a float capacity across Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, and Mother/Baby units
- Support the mission of the organization while demonstrating energy and flexibility
- Self-schedule shifts, with unit and location assignments based on operational needs
- Float between Boise, Meridian, and Nampa or Boise, Meridian, and Elmore-Mountain Home facilities
- Potentially expand skills into other areas such as Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, ICU, Pediatrics, and Emergency Departments
- Participate in care council teams and shared governance committees to improve processes and quality of care
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree
- 1 year of RN experience
- Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Provider certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree
- 1 year of RN experience; prefer L&D experience
