About This Role

Join St. Luke's Clinical Support Unit as a Registered Nurse Float Pool member, delivering exceptional patient experiences across multiple units and locations. This role requires an energetic and flexible RN to support the organization's mission.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high-quality float experience to various departments and patients
  • Support three units/skill sets within CSU, including NICU, Pediatrics, PICU, or other combinations
  • Float between three St. Luke's locations: Boise, Meridian, and Nampa
  • Utilize self-scheduling, with unit and location assigned based on operational needs
  • Support growth opportunities in areas such as Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, ICU, Oncology, Mother/Baby, L&D, ED, Crisis RN, Infusion Center, and more

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree
  • 1 year of RN experience
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Provider certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing Degree
  • 1 year of RN experience; prefer NICU, inpatient Pediatrics, and/or PICU experience
