About This Role

Join our team as a Registered Dental Assistant to provide compassionate patient care, assist dentists during various procedures, and maintain a sterile environment. You will be a key player in creating brighter smiles and making a difference in patients' lives.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and prepare patients for dental exams, ensuring their comfort
  • Take high-quality digital X-rays with precision
  • Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures
  • Ensure a sterile, well-organized exam and treatment environment
  • Educate patients about treatment options and aftercare
  • Perform teeth polishing and sealant placement procedures
  • Manage patient appointments and care effectively
  • Uphold stringent sterilization standards
  • Foster a warm, engaging atmosphere for patients throughout their visit

Requirements

  • Valid Texas-issued Registered Dental Assistant License
  • Proficiency in digital x-rays and charting
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented
