About This Role

Implement one-on-one ABA therapy programs in clients' homes, tracking progress and collaborating with families and BCBAs to help children with autism develop essential skills.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized ABA therapy programs
Track data and document client progress in our user-friendly EMR system
Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill development
Collaborate closely with families, BCBAs, and your fellow RBTs
Ensure sessions are engaging, goal-oriented, and child-centered

Requirements

Active RBT Certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Experience working with children of diverse abilities

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

CPR/BLS certification
Tricare certification
