Implement individualized treatment plans and provide high-quality, compassionate care to children with autism as a Registered Behavior Technician. Engage with families and contribute to the mission of promoting effective and ethical behavior analysis.
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA
- Collect data on client behaviors and progress
- Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning and development
- Communicate with families about their child's progress and strategies
- Assist in developing educational materials and resources
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of behavior analysis
Requirements
- Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course or work experience as a BT in ABA field
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Ability to obtain CPR certification before employment start date
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
Qualifications

- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and sit/stand/squat throughout the day
- Comfortable working fully on-site in a center-based setting
