Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About This Role

Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home and clinic environments. Implement individualized treatment plans and accurately collect data to support their developmental progression.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Collect data and submit session notes
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• Commute promptly from each location with a vehicle and valid driver's license

Requirements

• RBT Certification
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Pass a criminal background check
• Vehicle and valid driver's license
