About This Role

Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to improve the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Collect and record data on progress and behaviors to support individualized intervention plans.

Responsibilities

Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors through Central Reach
Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities
Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
