Drive profitable market growth of new business within the K12 public school sector across the MidAtlantic region. This role requires an organized, self-starting top-performer to hunt for new opportunities and build strategic relationships.
Responsibilities
- Exceed annual new business target/quota
- Cold call, prospect, network, and develop markets
- Identify necessary support resources to successfully close new business
- Build strategic relationships with experience to work 6+ month, sales cycle
- Develop winning sales proposals and respond to complex RFPs
Requirements
- 3+ years sales experience with new business focus
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with CRM database management system
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, positive attitude and excellent communication/presentation skills
Qualifications
- BA or equivalent
- 3+ years sales experience with a new business focus, K-12 sales experience a plus
