About This Role

This role involves developing a high-engagement culture, driving business success through collaborative HR leadership, and ensuring compliance with regulations within a specific region. The Regional HR Director also mentors plant HR Managers to foster strong business partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines
  • Support talent management strategy, identify leadership competencies, and develop talent pipelines
  • Coordinate and organize annual Talent Review/Succession Planning process
  • Support initiatives for engagement, inclusion, diversity, and continuous improvements
  • Provide coaching and support in the creation and execution of Individual Development Plans
  • Oversee employee relations issues (terminations, performance, complaints, lawsuits, discrimination, conflict, counseling)
  • Support and implement staffing strategies with Talent Acquisition Manager to attract top talent
  • Establish credibility and rapport with stakeholders from hourly employees to executives
  • Act as a change agent, promoting teamwork and interfacing with all employees continually
  • Train staff on topics such as job interviews, performance reviews, harassment, and policies
  • Support and implement leadership development training programs
  • Manage the HR department budget

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 Year - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or comparable discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Leadership capacity or related field
  • Ability to read, write and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or comparable discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Leadership capacity or related field

  • Graduate Degree preferred
