Regional Finance Director

About This Role

Provide financial leadership across regional operations, driving performance, governance, and strategic insight. Lead all finance activities including accounting, planning, reporting, and controls, supporting both immediate needs and long-term objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance, governance, and strategic insight
• Partner closely with commercial and operational leaders
• Combine strategic finance leadership with hands-on oversight of core financial operations
• Support immediate performance needs and long-term business objectives
• Influence business direction
• Develop high-performing teams
• Build scalable financial frameworks

Requirements

• Fully qualified finance professional (CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Significant senior finance leadership experience within complex organizations
• Strong background across financial reporting, planning, controls, and commercial finance
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior business leaders
• Experience leading and developing finance teams through change or growth

• Experience operating across different business models (product, service, project-based, subscription)
• Exposure to regional and enterprise-level reporting environments
• Experience with ERP and enterprise finance systems
