Oversee and support site Facility Maintenance Technicians, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures. Lead and develop a regional team while implementing processes to track maintenance requests and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage, train, and develop Regional Operations Facilities Team members
- Model behaviors that support company values and ensure high-level support for guests and team members
- Create new and enhance existing industry-compliant FMT Checklists
- Establish processes to validate completion of checklists
- Provide recommendations to enhance existing PM work order procedures to be industry-compliant
- Follow up on compliance of DEF Heat Trace Checklist and Winter Checklist
- Apply various computer systems to track and report maintenance requests (e.g., ServiceChannel or other CMMS)
- Participate in company-sponsored safety training classes and ensure safety program compliance
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Maintain technical and product knowledge on all equipment within the FMT’s area of responsibility
- Track performance and resolution of work orders and calculate cost savings from internal work order completion
- Inspect multiple facilities, perform preventative maintenance repairs, and conduct safety audits
- Proactively collaborate with Operations RVP/DM on site maintenance needs
- Advise Operations of maintenance concerns and ensure creation of work order requests
- Connect with multiple teams and management to ensure compliance and consistency regarding maintenance projects
- Collaborate with FMTs to review and resolve open maintenance issues
- Provide training to site FMTs to improve skills and reduce costs of outsourced maintenance and repair
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Trade or Vocational School education
- Valid state driver’s license
- Certifications in Fuel, HVAC and Plumbing or 5 years documented experience in these areas
- 10 years of preventive maintenance experience
- 5 years’ supervisory experience in multi-site operations
- Strong written, verbal & electronic communication skills
- Advanced understanding of construction practices
- 5 years of experience using MS Office Suite and CMMS
- Forklift and powered lift equipment certified
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, HS Diploma or equivalent required. Trade or Vocational School required.
- 10 years of preventive maintenance required; 5 years supervisory experience in multi-site operations
