Join InterEx Group as a Spanish-speaking Recruitment Consultant to drive growth within the Miami office. This role focuses on client acquisition, account management, and candidate sourcing in specialist technology markets to achieve high earning potential and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Win new clients through proactive outreach and relationship building
• Manage existing accounts and deliver contract recruitment solutions
• Source and qualify contract candidates across specialist technology markets
• Consistently work towards targets and grow a successful contract desk

Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker
• Evidence of billing success and KPI delivery
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• A driven attitude and desire to build a long-term career

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience with a sales or 360 background preferred
