This Recruiting Coordinator role supports high-volume associate-level hiring for a national education technology organization. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, ideal for individuals early in their HR careers who enjoy connecting with people and working in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Support high-volume recruiting for associate-level roles
- Source candidates using ADP ATS and manage job postings
- Conduct initial candidate screens and coordinate interviews
- Provide interview scheduling and administrative recruiting support
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Previous HR, recruiting or coordination experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a professional, friendly approach
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Previous HR, recruiting or coordination experience preferred

- Experience with ATS platforms
