About This Role

The Manufacturing Technician will play a hands-on role in producing high-quality medical and healthcare technology products in a regulated environment. This contract position involves assembling, testing, and packaging products while adhering to strict quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, test, and package healthcare technology products in accordance with documented work instructions and quality standards.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and tools while adhering to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform in-process inspections and basic functional testing to ensure product quality and compliance.
  • Accurately complete production documentation, batch records, and electronic manufacturing records (EMR).
  • Identify and report defects, deviations, or equipment issues to supervisors and quality teams.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to efficiency, quality, and process optimization.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with GMP and ISO standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly
  • Ability to follow detailed written instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Comfortable working in a regulated environment with strict documentation requirements
  • Basic computer skills and experience using manufacturing or inventory systems
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly role. Medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
