Recruiter / Sourcer

About This Role

SentiLink is seeking a contract Recruiter/Sourcer to support aggressive hiring goals across technical and non-technical roles. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and conducting recruiter screens for a rapidly growing fintech company.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates for technical and non-technical roles, with a focus on engineering, data science, and business roles
• Build and manage high-caliber candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, sourcing tools, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess role fit, motivation, and alignment with SentiLink’s values
• Partner with hiring managers across functions to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and build efficient recruiting strategies
• Coordinate interviews and support candidates through the interview process
• Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking in the ATS
• Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies, outreach messaging, and candidate experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience in a tech and/or high-growth startup environment
• Strong experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., software engineering and data science)
• Proven ability to build pipelines quickly in competitive talent markets
• Experience using an ATS and sourcing tools (Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and passion for building values-aligned teams
• Authorized to work and reside in the U.S.

• 3+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience in a tech and/or high-growth startup environment
