Recruiter / Sourcer (Contract)

About This Role

The Recruiter/Sourcer will support SentiLink's hiring needs across technical and non-technical roles, with a focus on engineering, data science, and other high-impact positions. This contract role will emphasize sourcing, pipeline development, and recruiter screens, while partnering with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates for technical and non-technical roles, focusing on engineering, data science, and other business roles
• Build and manage high-caliber candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, sourcing tools, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess role fit, motivation, and alignment with SentiLink’s values
• Partner with hiring managers across functions to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and build efficient recruiting strategies
• Coordinate interviews and support candidates through the interview process
• Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking in the ATS
• Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies, outreach messaging, and candidate experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience in tech and/or high-growth startup environment
• Strong experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g. software engineering and data science)
• Proven ability to build pipelines quickly in competitive talent markets
• Experience using an ATS and sourcing tools
• Clear communicator who can work independently
• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and a passion for building values-aligned teams
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside within the country

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience in a tech and/or high-growth startup environment

Nice to Have

• Experience using Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Willingness to travel ~6 times per year for company meetups, off-sites, and relevant events
