The Weekend Receptionist will provide courteous assistance to individuals at the front desk and over the phone, while also supporting staff with administrative tasks. This role is crucial for creating an elegant community environment and maximizing the potential of every life touched.
Responsibilities
- Greet individuals arriving at the community
- Answer the telephone and relay messages
- Assist with clerical tasks such as typing, faxing, copying, filing, emailing, accepting packages, and preparing mailings
- Support the sales team by making calls, conducting tours, entering data, and maintaining inventory
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff
Requirements
- Knowledge of basic office skills
- Friendly, organized, and service-oriented disposition
