About This Role

Verify, record, and prepare incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate data entry and timely delivery of materials to internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Prepare items for shipment
  • Receive materials and input information into Royal IV system according to the purchase order
  • Perform data entry into various applications including Excel, Microsoft Word, and Royal IV
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions
  • Ensure materials are released from customs and are received on time
  • Deliver all necessary material to internal departments with a fork-lift
  • Load and unload merchandise
  • Dispose of used/unused materials/waste
  • Problem solve and troubleshoot problems and issues with shipments and purchase orders

Requirements

  • High School Graduate
  • 2-3 years' experience
  • 1 year data entry or comparable experience
  • Forklift certified
  • Basic knowledge of MS Windows and Microsoft Office Environment
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Basic experience in part tracking system (e.g., Royal IV)
  • Basic knowledge of MRP systems
  • Fluent communication in English language

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate
  • 2-3 years' experience, with 1 year data entry or comparable experience

Nice to Have

  • Warehouse environment-manufacturing experience
  • Intermediate Excel usage/knowledge
  • Intermediate knowledge of MRP systems
