Reach Truck Driver

About This Role

Operate a reach truck to efficiently move, locate, and stack products within a cold storage warehouse and distribution center, ensuring inventory accuracy and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck to move and stack products in the warehouse
• Load and unload goods from delivery trucks and containers
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency

Requirements

• Previous experience driving a stand-up forklift and/or reach truck
• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Forklift operator certification
• Ability to read numbers and labels
• Ability to safely lift up to 30-60 lbs. frequently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in cold storage environments as low as -10°F
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift as required for job duties

Qualifications

• Previous experience driving a stand-up forklift and/or reach truck; previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
