Quick Lube Technician

About This Role

This role involves performing routine vehicle maintenance, thorough inspections, and documenting all services accurately to ensure high-quality customer service and a safe work environment for Brickell Mazda, a part of the Murgado Automotive Group.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, brake inspections, and battery replacements
• Conduct multi-point inspections to ensure vehicles are operating safely and efficiently
• Deliver high-quality service to customers, ensuring vehicles are serviced correctly and efficiently
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Accurately document all work performed, including services completed, parts used, and any additional recommendations
• Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians to ensure smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction
• Occasionally interact with customers to explain services performed and answer any questions

Requirements

• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and diagnostic equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
