About This Role

Join the nursing team as a Certified Medication Aide (QMAP/Med Tech) to assist residents with daily living activities and coordinate medication administration. Make a difference in the lives of residents by ensuring their physical and emotional comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications for all assigned residents
• Assist with daily resident care, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed
• Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements
• Confidentialy communicate clearly to other staff, including urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director

Requirements

• Certification to pass medications as required by state regulations
