PTC Windchill PLM Senior Consultant

About This Role

This role involves supporting complex PTC Windchill PLM implementation projects, leading workstreams, and collaborating with clients and developers to design and implement robust technical solutions for supply chain transformations.

Responsibilities

• Support complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment
• Lead workstreams and assist PLM pursuits and practice development initiatives
• Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Deloitte's collective knowledge, and helping resolve our client's challenges
• Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice
• Develop knowledge of and gain project experience in PLM's newest and future solutions
• Advise Solution Architects and collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Partner with clients and vendors to evaluate, select, and implement PLM solutions across various stages of maturity
• Support design and architect solutions that meet business requirements
• Implement and customize PTC Windchill PLM modules such as PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS, and ProjectLink, configuration management and Partslink

Requirements

• 5+ years of PLM implementation experience in Windchill
• Experience with industry leading practices in designing PLM processes and capabilities
• Configuration and solution architecture experience in Windchill
• Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Bachelor's degree
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of PLM implementation experience in Windchill

Nice to Have

• Prior consulting experience or Fortune 500 organization
• Experience in CAD to PLM to ERP integrations
• Technical development experience in an enterprise solution
• Project Management experience
• Experience creating functional specifications
• Experience developing data migration strategy
