This role is for a Senior Consultant specializing in PTC Windchill PLM, focusing on product engineering and development within the US Supply Chain & Network Operations Offering. The consultant will drive business transformations by implementing and optimizing PLM solutions for clients.
Responsibilities
- Support complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment
- Lead workstreams and assist PLM pursuits and practice development initiatives
- Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Deloitte's collective knowledge, and helping resolve client challenges
- Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice
- Develop knowledge of and gain project experience in PLM's newest and future solutions
- Advise Solution Architects and collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client's business objectives
- Partner with clients and vendors to evaluate, select, and implement PLM solutions across various stages of maturity, from exploratory proof of concepts to large-scale integrations
- Support design and architect solutions that meet business requirements
- Implement and customize PTC Windchill PLM modules such as PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS, and ProjectLink, configuration management and Partslink
Requirements
- 5+ years of PLM implementation experience in Windchill
- Experience with industry leading practices in designing PLM processes and capabilities
- Configuration and solution architecture experience in Windchill
- Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of PLM implementation experience in Windchill
Nice to Have
- Prior consulting experience or Fortune 500 organization
- Ability to create functional specifications
- Experience in CAD to PLM to ERP integrations
- Technical development experience in an enterprise solution
- Ability to develop data migration strategy
- Project Management experience
