PTC Windchill PLM Senior Consultant

About This Role

This role is for a Senior Consultant specializing in PTC Windchill PLM, focusing on product engineering and development within the US Supply Chain & Network Operations Offering. The consultant will drive business transformations by implementing and optimizing PLM solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Support complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment
• Lead workstreams and assist PLM pursuits and practice development initiatives
• Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Deloitte's collective knowledge, and helping resolve client challenges
• Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice
• Develop knowledge of and gain project experience in PLM's newest and future solutions
• Advise Solution Architects and collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client's business objectives
• Partner with clients and vendors to evaluate, select, and implement PLM solutions across various stages of maturity, from exploratory proof of concepts to large-scale integrations
• Support design and architect solutions that meet business requirements
• Implement and customize PTC Windchill PLM modules such as PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS, and ProjectLink, configuration management and Partslink

Requirements

• 5+ years of PLM implementation experience in Windchill
• Experience with industry leading practices in designing PLM processes and capabilities
• Configuration and solution architecture experience in Windchill
• Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of PLM implementation experience in Windchill

Nice to Have

• Prior consulting experience or Fortune 500 organization
• Ability to create functional specifications
• Experience in CAD to PLM to ERP integrations
• Technical development experience in an enterprise solution
• Ability to develop data migration strategy
• Project Management experience
