About This Role

Provide medication support, education, and monitoring for patients, coordinate health services, and oversee medication management for our residential program to enhance the well-being of individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication support, education, monitoring, and documentation for patients
• Coordinate patient health services, including labs, physicals, point-of-care testing, and provider communication
• Oversee medication management and health compliance for our residential program
• Train and supervise residential staff in medication administration and documentation
• Maintain medication logs, review prescriber orders, and support regulatory inspections
• Manage medication and medical supply inventory
• Respond to on-site medical emergencies
• Participate in clinical meetings, on-call coverage for our residential program, committees, and emergency preparedness activities
• Serve as a liaison among patients, staff, prescribers, pharmacies, and community healthcare providers

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with the State of New Hampshire

Nice to Have

• CPR training
• First Aid training
• Psychiatric Nursing experience
