This role is for a Front Desk Assistant at Seacoast Mental Health Center, a non-profit organization, where you will manage front office operations to support mental health services.
Responsibilities
- Answer and monitor all telephone calls to the Center in a professional manner
- Greet all clients and visitors to the Center
- Receive client payments
- Schedule client appointments into the centralized scheduling system
- Rearrange appointments as necessary
- Make appointment reminder calls to clients for clinicians as needed
- Update client demographics and insurance information
- Responsible for evening closing procedures
- Provide back-up for all other office duties
