Project Manager - Test Development

About This Role

Lead the complete lifecycle of test system programs for JABIL CIRCUIT, INC, focusing on the design, build, and deployment of functional tester and automated test solutions. Drive alignment between engineering, manufacturing, and external suppliers for the Intelligent Infrastructure Division.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple test system development projects simultaneously while maintaining scope, schedule, and cost.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to deliver robust mechanical, electrical, and software test solutions.
• Oversee the design and build of functional test fixtures for complex electronic products across various industries.
• Define test strategies and architectures ensuring compliance with Design for Testability and Manufacturing standards.
• Manage external vendors for fixture fabrication, instrumentation integration, and software development cycles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical project management specifically within test development or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of functional tester architecture and automated test solution deployment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex vendor relationships and delivery schedules.
• Proficiency in project planning, risk assessment, and technical status reporting to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical project management specifically within test development or manufacturing engineering.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or 8D methodologies to drive process optimization and test reliability.
