Project Manager - Multifamily

About This Role

Oversee multifamily developments from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The role involves managing large-scale, podium-style or high-rise multifamily projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of high-rise multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
• Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure efficient field operations and schedule adherence
• Procure and manage subcontractor scopes, contracts, and buyouts
• Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate project execution
• Track change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control requirements, and building codes
• Monitor project risks and proactively resolve issues impacting cost, schedule, or quality
• Lead punch list completion and oversee successful project closeout

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily or large-scale commercial construction
• Proven success managing high-rise or podium-style multifamily projects
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control skills
• Experience with subcontractor negotiation and contract administration
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes
• Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily or large-scale commercial construction
