Project Engineer with Security Clearance

About This Role

As a Project Engineer, you will address complex decision-making challenges, mentor technical engineering teams across projects, and ensure alignment between engineering, analysis, and technical reporting by interacting with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine requirements, analyze datasets, and build recommendations to inform strategic decisions
• Develop and apply tools and processes to optimize technical delivery
• Create detailed, insightful reports and visualizations for leadership and stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and management to refine technical approaches and outputs

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with complex engineering programs
• 10+ years supporting the intelligence community
• 10+ years guiding and assisting senior military officers and executives
• Master's degree in STEM field
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Experience using professional concepts to shape programmatic strategies and solutions
• Ability to independently analyze and interpret complex systems
• Strong communication skills to present technical findings clearly and effectively
• Experience evaluating test results and identifying key system performance indicators
• Capacity to work through ambiguity, design experiments with limited data, and reduce concept uncertainty
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable outcomes

Qualifications

• Master's degree in STEM field
• 10+ years of experience with complex engineering programs, supporting the intelligence community, and guiding senior military officers and executives.

Nice to Have

• Prior work with advanced military concepts and technology development
• Familiarity working in technical engineering environments
