Project Delivery Specialist

About This Role

This Project Delivery Specialist role at Deloitte involves supporting implementation and operations management best practices within the GPS HST Technology group. It focuses on driving customer value creation and growth through innovative strategies and transformative technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals
• Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related, but not limited, to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance
• Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy
• Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
• Responsible for the client and team management including value creation activities

Requirements

• Current state public assistance system experience that supports eligibility and benefits determination and case management
• Experience supporting State client(s) in one or more of the following areas: Production Batch Operations, eligibility determination, benefits calculation, benefits issuance, and/or information management

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
