This role supports an organization's security administration by delivering clerical, office management, and process improvement services. It focuses on maintaining effective security administration for classified and controlled unclassified information, supporting operations, and streamlining administrative processes.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, process, and document policy waiver and extension requests
- Ensure all submissions are complete, justified, and in compliance with relevant regulations and organizational directives
- Establish, update, and maintain comprehensive records of all policy waivers, extensions, and administrative actions
- Drive the planning, design, and implementation aspects across the entire project workstreams
- Assist in package selection and analyzing business value capture and business case realization
- Work with the Program Steering Committee to manage timelines, risks, and issues across upstream and downstream systems/teams
- Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
- Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions
- Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures
- Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients
Requirements
- Functional implementation experience on 4+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations
- 6+ years' Oracle implementation experience
- 1+ full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Supply Planning or Demand Planning as a functional resource
- 3+ years' experience leading end-to-end systems strategy, fit-gap analysis, business process design (as-is/to-be), and full Oracle application deployment lifecycles, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and continuous improvement for projects
- A Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel 50% on average

- 6+ years' Oracle implementation experience, 3+ years' experience leading end-to-end systems strategy
Nice to Have
- Full life-cycle implementation experience in Oracle Supply Planning & Backlog Management, Oracle Cloud Order Management & GOP, Plan to Manufacture (PTM), Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Services (RMCS), or Oracle Field Service (OFS)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization
- Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications
