Program Specialist

About This Role

This Program Specialist role involves managing and coordinating various programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and effective execution. It supports program leadership, ensures contractual compliance, mission success, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of specific programs
• Ensure all program components align with organizational objectives and track progress against set goals
• Handle scheduling, budgeting, and reporting tasks to ensure activities run smoothly and meet deadlines
• Interact with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to programs
• Monitor program performance, prepare reports, and present updates to management

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, public administration, or a related discipline
• At least three years of related experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security access badge at the client's site
• Must have a valid and current driver's license
• Must possess and retain a Secret Clearance
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends
• Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in contracts, orders, and inventory management
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of general financial accounting principles
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
