Program Management Office - IT Project Manager

About This Role

This IT Project Manager role provides strategic oversight and ensures successful delivery of major information technology programs within FFF Enterprises, particularly focusing on healthcare organization projects and EHR implementations. The role involves managing project portfolios, coordinating IT teams, and fostering relationships with technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage various IT programs, from multiple small-mid size programs to a single large program
• Oversee all projects within the program and ensure successful delivery of all program deliverables
• Manage complex projects and multiple work streams
• Lead IT staff, consultants, vendors, and suppliers
• Identify, plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
• Facilitate management presentations and submit required reports
• Maintain command of schedule, scope, budget, quality, and benefits throughout the project lifecycle
• Consult with internal and external customers to define needs and recommend solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with technology and equipment partners
• Define, manage, and implement highly visible integration projects in a timely and cost-effective manner

Requirements

• Proficient in Project Management Tools and Applications
• Scheduling and Time Management skills
• Risk Identification and Management skills
• ERP project management experience
• Knowledge working on EHR implementations
• Solid understanding of applications and supply chain solutions
• Working experience on client or customer facing projects
• Knowledge working within a healthcare organization
• 9+ years leading IT programs
• Experience with business information systems or related areas
• Thorough understanding of IT project management phases, techniques, and tools
• Comfortable working and establishing relationships with senior executive leadership stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with proven ability to prioritize work
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with limited supervision and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field of study
• Minimum of nine or more (9+) years leading IT programs with project delivery, strategic plans, resource, budget, and objective verification. (Thirteen (13) years for non-degreed candidates)
