Production Worker

About This Role

Safely perform a variety of tasks supporting manufacturing, production, and quality control functions within a packaging facility while maintaining a clean workspace. This role offers opportunities to develop and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform a wide range of tasks supporting manufacturing areas
• Support production activities and ensure quality checks are conducted
• Perform material set-up for machines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace around machines
• Support the operation of a fast-paced packaging manufacturing facility
• Assist machine operators with setups, jam-ups, and ensuring all tooling is available
• Support operators on different machinery and assist other areas as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong commitment to working safely
• Desire to learn manufacturing processes and operate complex machinery
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and crouch
• Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts, overtime, and weekends

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Nice to Have

• Corrugated box manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with Flexo, Gluers, Rotaries, Clamp Trucks and Forklifts
