Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for Core Business Automation products, focusing on new product introductions, sales enablement, and digital promotion. Drive awareness and adoption of Signal Conditioners, I/O, and Light portfolio products.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives for assigned product lines
- Plan, execute, and manage targeted marketing campaigns across digital platforms and GTM channels
- Coordinate new product introductions, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain sales enablement tools like product briefs, presentations, and digital assets
- Design and execute digital promotional strategies to enhance product visibility
- Lead social media marketing efforts to build brand and product awareness
- Deliver product training to internal teams, distributors, and customers
- Conduct competitive research to monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Drive pricing and quotation activities by setting competitive pricing structures and analyzing market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent messaging and alignment
- Participate in trade shows and industry events for lead generation
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in product marketing, sales enablement, and digital marketing within a B2B environment
- Ability to grasp technical concepts in automation and electronics and convert them into engaging marketing content
- Ability to conduct market and competitive research and synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering or equivalent technical work experience
- Experience in product marketing, sales enablement, and digital marketing within a B2B environment.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with analog and I/O components used in industrial automation systems, such as signal conditioners, analog input/output modules, and sensors
