This early-career Product Marketing Specialist will drive product adoption and releases for Panorama's mature products and assist senior team members with large-scale launches of new products. The role focuses on the intersection of marketing and operations, becoming an expert in products, customers, and the ed tech and AI markets.
Responsibilities
- Support the Go-To-Market lifecycle for Panorama's flagship products, focusing on retention-driven messaging, feature adoption, and bundling narratives.
- Provide project management support for major Go-To-Market motions, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely execution.
- Maintain and update standard platform decks, one-pagers, and 'What's New' guides as the platform evolves.
- Partner with senior PMMs, customer marketing, and demand generation to create campaigns for customer expansion and adoption of new innovations.
- Write clear, concise copy for in-app announcements, help center articles, and release notes to facilitate educator adoption of new workflows.
- Maintain the 'source of truth' for the platform's current capabilities, ensuring Customer Success and Support teams have up-to-date talking points.
- Help maintain competitive intelligence by monitoring market shifts and providing actionable summaries.
- Support Senior PMMs in gathering customer insights and persona research to inform future bundling and platform-level positioning.
- Systematically gather feedback from Support and Customer Success teams to identify user friction points.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in Tech (Product Marketing, Customer Success, or Project Management)
- Excellence in articulating and simplifying technical features for non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for errors and outdated information
- Resourceful and curious, proactively exploring product functionality
- High capacity and high standards, driving quality and pace independently
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Success, or Project Management within Tech
