Product Manager - Senior Manager/Specialist Leader

About This Role

Lead product management for enterprise platform capabilities, turning complex needs into scalable products. You will partner with engineering and stakeholders to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and drive successful product launches, contributing to client success through innovation in AI and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable microservices for enterprise platform needs
• Lead technical discussions and code reviews related to product architecture
• Define crisp roadmaps, outcomes, and tradeoffs for platform products
• Partner with engineering on architecture-level decisions
• Align stakeholders across security, data, and operations
• Use customer insight and metrics to prioritize product features
• Research emerging technologies (including AI use cases) to identify and recommend new solutions
• Translate product vision into actionable implementation plans
• Mentor team members and lead product management teams
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and firm initiatives/RFPs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years working in AI in a professional technology setting
• 8+ years professional experience in product management
• 8+ years' experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams
• 5+ years' experience taking technical products from conception to launch
• 5+ years supporting sales/RFP as the product manager
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering, UX/UI, program management)
• Experience leading end-to-end product lifecycle management for enterprise platform capabilities
• Industry and domain knowledge in at least two of Application Modernization, Mainframe Applications, Software Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Cloud Strategy
• Excellent written, verbal, visual communication skills
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field, or the equivalent experience. Master's is a plus.
• 8+ years professional experience in product management, product development, product design, leading end-to-end engineering product strategy and implementation for software or technology solutions.

• Strong technical proficiency with software engineering concepts and architecture
• Hands-on experience implementing product analytics and establishing KPIs/OKRs
• Experience with A/B testing or experimentation
• Minimum 5 years' experience working with Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to shape, validate, and execute new business models and lead go-to-market strategy
• Demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing senior client stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
