Lead technology delivery, digital transformation, and enterprise product development for global consulting services. Drive product strategy, execution, and cultivate 'trusted advisor' relationships with senior business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology delivery, digital transformation, enterprise scale global technology, enterprise product development & Operations across diverse technology platforms
- Align business and technology strategies and drive end to end vision, strategy and execution for Global Consulting Services business platforms
- Lead Product Management, IT management, planning, architecture and design, engineering, deployment, operations, and maintenance of enterprise-wide solutions delivery and the product portfolio
- Demonstrate deep expertise in building business critical AI products including identifying AI business use cases and AI integration into existing products
- Lead product strategy development, shapes Product & Program roadmaps and balances innovative design and technical implementation, while balancing regulatory requirements, time-to-market, meeting customer needs and product profitability
- Lead the governance for decision-making and financial accountability for the solutions, development, and funding of value streams
- Lead and motivate large delivery teams to deliver solutions through Product mindset and value delivery, Agile development, promoting culture of excellence
- Plan and lead stages of product development and its related projects/releases, approving costs, timelines, and standards to be met
- Drive overall execution of strategy by aligning Product team, product roadmaps, development hubs and other technology services
- Define and implement KPIs to track value realization for all new and existing technology asset investments
Requirements
- 15+ years in progressive technology leadership roles
- Experience leading Product management across enterprise business applications and large teams
- 10+ years of technical experience within a programming and application system environment
- 10+ years' of relevant IT experience within professional/consulting/financial services and senior leadership experience in a software development organization
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, understanding of LLM's and experience with Product Operating model
- Familiar with agentic AI workflows
- Experience deploying AI ML products
- Experience with SDLC Methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP)
- Experience in cloud applications delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 15+ years in progressive technology leadership roles including experience leading Product management across enterprise business applications and large teams
